Before becoming a REALTOR®, she worked as a social worker serving adults with developmental disabilities, refugees, and individuals experiencing housing instability. That passion for advocacy continues to shape her approach to real estate today. Morgan has also served at both the local and state REALTOR® association levels, championing policies that strengthen communities and expand access to homeownership.

More About Lisa

Originally from the Midwest, Lisa and her family made the Pacific Northwest home in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the community. She serves as Treasurer of Raising Girls, a nonprofit dedicated to ending period poverty and hygiene insecurity throughout Western Washington.
